On the April 16th episode of MBC’s “We Got Married“, a preview of badminton player Lee Yong Dae making a visit to Nichkhun and Victoria’s newlywed home was shown at the end of the show.
Viewers immediately grew curious of his relation to the rest of the crew and search terms with his name and f(x)’s Sulli began dominating the search portals. Others also drew up questions regarding a permanent fixed appearance, and whether they were just mere guests.
Upon receiving the questions, producers of the show revealed, “Lee Yong Dae is close friends with Nichkhun, which is why he was invited to their home. His favorite singer also coincidentally happened to be f(x)’s Sulli, so he was able to appear on the show with her.”
Lee Yong Dae and Nichkhun have been revealed to both be born in 1988, and first met at a badminton event last year.
The producers continued, “There are a lot of people welcoming the two, but they won’t be fixed members of the show and are just guests. Sulli is still in her teens so having her get ‘married’ is a bit of stretch. It’d be difficult to cast her as part of a couple.”
